She runs her start-up business, Esstaaz Company LLC in Michigan, USA.
Recently, Esther launched a Fairtrade initiative, Esstaaz African Fashion Accessories that sells and promotes fashion, home decor accessories made by women from vulnerable and low-income communities in Africa to alleviate her concern about poverty and the ability to meet the basic human needs of their families. All her jewellery collections have a meaning attached to them and are handmade made from brass and beads. She believes in and promotes her Buy Africa brand.
